How do I install the Capture Extension?
In desktop Chrome, open Capture in the Chrome Web Store ↗ and choose Add to Chrome. Pin it from Chrome’s Extensions menu, sign in when prompted, and capture a listing you are authorised to use.
How do I install the Portal Assistant?
In desktop Chrome, open Portal Assistant in the Chrome Web Store ↗ and choose Add to Chrome. In Studio, open Publish, select the listing and choose Prepare for Portal Assistant.
Can I use the extensions on my phone?
The extensions require desktop Chrome. On a phone, use Property Studio’s mobile walkthrough or manual Create Listing form.

Listings, content and social
Why does a captured listing still need checking?
Capture provides a starting point. The agent must verify mandate permission, the exact address, ownership instructions, rates, levies and final wording.
Does Create Listing autosave?
The Property Details form is backed up in your browser while you work. The listing is saved to the cloud when you continue from Photos.
What does Listing Health measure?
It checks whether important fields are present and highlights missing information before the listing is finished or published.
What happens when I archive a listing?
Archived listings remain available and can be restored later.
Does Content Studio use AI?
Yes. It drafts marketing copy from your verified property information and writing style. Always check the facts and wording before publishing.
Does Property Studio change my email signature?
No. The optional Buyer email sign-off is used only at the end of buyer emails created inside Property Studio. It does not install or change your signature in Outlook, Gmail or another email app. If you leave it blank, Arctex uses the contact details saved under Profile & Brand.
Does Social Studio change my property photograph with AI?
No. It may crop the original image and place design elements around it, but it does not generate rooms, views, furniture or property features.

Is direct portal publishing live?
Portal Assistant fills supported portal forms for your review. Private Property and Property24 direct feeds remain pending until approved access is available.
How does Google location data work?
Property Studio checks Google Maps when you reach Content Studio. Nearby places are shown separately from AI-written property claims.

How much does Property Studio cost?
Property Studio Pro is R299 per month after a 7-day free trial. No payment card is required to start.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your workspace becomes read-only. Subscribe through Paystack from Plan & Billing to restore full access.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open Plan & Billing and choose Manage billing. Paystack will stop the next renewal and your paid access continues until the end of the current period.
How do I download or delete my account data?
Open Profile & Brand, then use Account & Security. Download your data before deleting the account. Account deletion is permanent and stops an active Paystack subscription first.
How does PA access work?
Invite the PA you trust from Team and PA access. A PA who assists several agents uses one private login and can switch between only the accounts that invited them. In the updated Capture Extension and Portal Assistant, choose the correct agent under Working for before capturing or filling a portal form. Your PA cannot access your password or billing.
What if my content does not save?
Content Studio shows Saving, Saved, or a persistent save error. Retry save helps with a connection problem. If someone else changed the listing, copy your unsaved text before refreshing and compare it with the latest cloud version. Recover unsaved copy reopens this browser's text backup for the agent and listing. Previous versions lets you review and restore up to twenty earlier saved versions. Check restored wording against the current property facts. New photo files upload only when you save the listing; a text backup cannot recover those files.
