Property Studio Beta Terms
These terms are a practical beta-use agreement for early users of Arctex Property Studio.
Beta service
Property Studio is in active beta development. Features may change, and interruptions or defects may occur. Feedback is encouraged through the in-app Support / Feedback tool.
Trial, price and billing
New accounts receive a 7-day free trial. No payment card is required to start the trial. Property Studio Pro costs R299 per month after the trial. Paid subscriptions are processed securely by Paystack and renew monthly until cancelled.
Cancellation and refunds
Subscribers can open Plan & Billing and choose Manage billing to manage or cancel a Paystack subscription. Access continues for any paid period already provided by Paystack. Refund eligibility and processing are covered by the public Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Account deletion
Customers can download their account information or permanently delete their account from Account & Security. Property Studio attempts to stop any linked Paystack subscription before the account and owned workspace are removed. Account deletion cannot be undone.
Agency members and delegated access
Each agency member must use their own login. An agent is responsible for choosing which Agency Manager or PA may manage their profile and work. A delegated manager acts on behalf of the selected agent, and the agent can revoke that access. Users must not share passwords. Agency owners are responsible for removing people who no longer work with the agency.
Agent responsibility
The user remains responsible for having authority to market each property and for verifying all listing facts, addresses, prices, rates, levies, features, images, generated wording and portal information before publication. Property Studio is an assistance tool and does not replace the agent's professional review.
AI-generated content
AI-generated descriptions and marketing copy can contain mistakes. The user must review and correct generated content before using or publishing it.
Third-party services
Paystack, Property24, Private Property, PropData, PropCtrl and other third-party services have their own terms and requirements. Portal Assistant is intended to reduce duplicate typing for an authorised user. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the agent remains responsible for reviewing the portal form and performing the final submit or publish action.
Acceptable use
Do not use Property Studio to access or publish listings you are not authorised to handle, circumvent another service's access controls, upload unlawful material, or interfere with the service or other users.
Data and privacy
Use of Property Studio is also subject to the Privacy Policy.
Changes
Because this is a beta, Arctex may update features, limits, pricing for future periods or these beta terms. Material commercial changes should be communicated to active users before they take effect.
