Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Arctex Property Studio and its associated browser tools handle information.
Information we process
Property Studio processes account and profile information, agency and brand details, property listing information, uploaded branding assets, usage information required to operate the service, feedback submitted in the app, and limited operational error information. The Capture Extension reads listing information from a supported property page only when the user asks it to capture that page.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate users, provide the listing and marketing workflow, save workspaces, generate requested marketing content, create branded social outputs, support portal handoff, provide support, protect the service and improve reliability.
Agency workspaces and delegated access
Agency members use separate logins. An agent may explicitly authorise an Agency Manager or PA to work with that agent's profile, branding, listings, marketing content and photography workflow. A manager can access only agents who granted access. Agents can revoke this access from the Agency workspace. Agency owners can add or remove workspace members but do not receive an agent's delegated profile access automatically.
AI services
When a user requests AI-generated content, relevant structured property information is sent securely to the configured AI service to generate that requested output. Using customer content to improve future Arctex AI models is separate and optional. The Help improve Property Studio AI setting is off by default. Exact street addresses, branding assets, agent contact details and free-text notes are excluded from the current privacy-reduced training snapshot.
Service providers
Property Studio relies on service providers including Supabase for authentication, database and storage; Vercel for hosting and server functions; OpenAI for requested AI generation; Google services for optional address and location features; Paystack for subscription payments; and Resend for account and billing emails. These providers receive only information reasonably required to provide the relevant function, subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
Browser extensions
The extensions do not continuously monitor browsing. They act on the current supported page after the user initiates capture or form filling. Portal Assistant is designed to populate the user's own portal form and does not automatically click the final publish or submit action.
Data retention and access
Workspace information is retained as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain the account and meet operational or security requirements. Signed-in customers can download an account-data copy or permanently delete their account from Profile & Brand → Account & Security. Support remains available for access, correction or deletion questions.
Payments
Paystack processes Property Studio subscription payments. Arctex does not receive or store full payment-card details. Property Studio stores limited billing records such as the Paystack customer and subscription references, transaction reference, payment status, amount and relevant billing dates so that account access and support can be managed.
