Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Arctex Property Studio and its associated browser tools handle information during the private beta.
Information we process
Property Studio processes account and profile information, agency/brand details, property listing information, uploaded branding assets, usage information required to operate the service, feedback submitted in the app, and limited operational error information. The Capture Extension reads listing information from a supported property page only when the user asks it to capture that page.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate users, provide the listing and marketing workflow, save workspaces, generate requested marketing content, create branded social outputs, support portal handoff, provide support, protect the service and improve reliability.
AI services
When a user requests AI-generated content, relevant structured property information is sent securely to the configured AI service to generate that requested output. Using customer content to improve future Arctex AI models is separate and optional. The Help improve Property Studio AI setting is off by default. Exact street addresses, branding assets, agent contact details and free-text notes are excluded from the current privacy-reduced training snapshot.
Service providers
Property Studio currently relies on service providers including Supabase for authentication/database/storage, Vercel for hosting/server functions, OpenAI for requested AI generation, and Google services for optional address/location features. These providers receive only information reasonably required to provide the relevant function, subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
Browser extensions
The extensions do not continuously monitor browsing. They act on the current supported page after the user initiates capture or form filling. Portal Assistant is designed to populate the user's own portal form and does not automatically click the final publish/submit action.
Data retention and access
Workspace information is retained as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain the account and meet operational/security requirements. Use Support / Feedback inside Property Studio for privacy, access, correction or deletion requests.
Payments
Property Studio does not currently collect or store payment-card details. When billing is introduced through a third-party payment provider, the provider's privacy terms will apply to payment information handled by that provider.
